Confidence BE® Soft Convex Nurse and User Survey: 2020
After 6 months of Confidence BE® Soft Convex being available, we carried out a survey amongst both users and Stoma Care Nurses to discover how the product was being received.
Both nurse and user feedback scored highly again on the intelligent filter system: reporting improvements in the areas of ballooning, pancaking and reduction of odour.
Choice of colour, the cover and comfort once again all scored very highly as in the original Confidence BE® user survey.
The Confidence BE® Soft Convex wafer was reported as ‘very flexible’ or ‘flexible’ by 100% of nurses and ‘very secure’ or ‘secure’ once again by 100%.

Confidence BE® User Evaluation: November 2018
A year after the launch of our popular Confidence BE® range, we asked users to take part in a survey to gain their feedback.
The results demonstrated how much of a difference the product had made to so many patients’ lives. Confidence BE® offers patients a choice of colour for the first time, and this featured as a huge positive for users.
The clever filter system, offering increased discretion also scored highly, as well as the benefits provided by the durable, hydrophobic, soft cover material.
Overall, 94% of those surveyed said they would recommend Confidence BE® to others.
