A note from Peter & Robert Salt

As brothers, and as part of the Salts family legacy, we’ve always held a deep sense of pride in the work we do and the people we serve. For over 300 years, our family has been guided by one principle: to put people first. It’s a value that continues to shape everything we do at Salts Healthcare today.

The Salts Way is a celebration of community, connection and the shared authenticity that unites us all. As we progress through 2025, our vision is focused on fostering these connections even further. We want to ensure that every person living with a stoma, nurse, advocate and team member feels heard, supported and valued.

The first theme in the campaign, Authentic Intentions, highlights the incredible stories, passion and heart that drive us here at Salts Healthcare. We hope it inspires and reminds everyone of the power of shared experiences and the difference we can make together.

What is The Salts Way?

In a nutshell, it's a feeling we all share at Salts Healthcare.

It's a way of working and a representation of our identity that both reflects where we're going and respects our long and proud history. As we move forward, The Salts Way continues to guide our mission to help improve the lives of people within the global stoma community.
