Digital Resources: how we can better support you!

We have a wide range of digital resources at Salts Healthcare that make access to support, information, and a community of other people living with a stoma much easier! We provide a consistent hand for any stage in your journey so that you never have to feel like you’re alone.

Here’s what we have to help you:

Our website provides all the information you need in one place, whether you’re awaiting surgery, just had your stoma formed and adapting to life, or had surgery years ago and enthusing yourself into the community! Here’s what we have readily available:


2. YouTube Channel


Our YouTube channel includes a variety of different playlists and videos – there’s something for everyone! To name just a few, here’s what we cover, so visit our channel and start exploring!

3. Social Media Community

Our ‘@saltshealthcare’ social media channels are constantly growing, and we now have platforms filled with a variety of content, from supportive and educational content to awareness for different illnesses and causes. Here’s where we’re active and where you can connect with us:


4. 'Me, My Bag and I' podcast

Did you know we have a podcast? Consisting of 10 episodes, the podcast covers range of different topics, all featuring guests living with a stoma and stories to tell. You can search for ‘Me, My Bag and I’ on your preferred podcasting platform, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Castbox and more.


5. Our app

Our ‘Salts Trainer App’ provides on-the-go general lifestyle advice and useful pre + post-op information to dip in and out of when it works for you. It’s available to download on app store and play store – simply search ‘Salts Trainer App’.
