Referring a patient to the Medilink service is simple. Complete the online form or give us a call on our dedicated line and our experienced dedicate team members will register your patient for their stoma and continence prescription supplies.

Language Support Service
If your patient’s preferred language isn’t English, it can be difficult to get the support they need for their stoma and/or continence care needs. At Medilink we help them overcome the language barrier with an instant translation service.

Stoma Care Nurse Team
Salts Medilink® Community Stoma Care Nurse Team* provides a bespoke stoma nursing service. The team are registered with CQC and have successfully been inspected with an overall Good rating in July 2019.
