Introducing the New 'Me, My Bag and I' Ostomy Podcast

Salts Healthcare has some exciting news to bring to you!

Here at Salts we are always looking for new and exciting ways to talk to people living with a stoma, sharing their stories and providing as much supportive information as possible. More and more people want to get information and advice from a variety of sources and be able to choose when and how they get it.

To this end, we are proud to launch our NEW monthly Ostomy podcast, “Me, My Bag and I”, available to download or subscribe to from the 1st of July 2019.

There are around 120,000 people living with a stoma in the UK alone. Every month, we’ll be listening in to some friendly chats amongst some of them, their friends and family, carers and nurses, about things you tell us matter.

We’ll be covering topics including; getting back to work, sex and relationships, mental health and mindfulness, the importance of support from family and nurses, common issues and complications, and some of the challenges young Ostomates face from going away to study, to partying in Ibiza!

You can download the Salts Healthcare podcast from your usual podcast provider by searching for “Me, My Bag and I” and if you like it, hit the FREE to subscribe/follow button and the next podcast will automatically come straight to your phone, so you can listen to it whenever it suits you.
