Medilink®’s mission is simple: to provide reliable, stress-free prescription delivery of your ostomy and continence appliances with a personalised service. From coordinating with your GP to discreet doorstep delivery, every step is designed to make your life easier. We’re not just about delivering supplies - we’re here to deliver trust, peace of mind, and ongoing support whenever you need it.

Here's how your Medilink® journey works: The Journey

Step 1: Order your way

Choose how you want to place your order. We believe in flexibility, so you can contact us in the way that suits you best.  

Need extra help? We offer a Language Line Service to ensure we can assist you in your preferred language.

Step 2: Prescription Coordination

Once you’ve placed your order, we take care of the rest.

  • We’ll contact your GP to request your prescription directly; with your consent and where the GP permits.

  • We carry out regular well-being checks to make sure you’ve got everything you need.

  • Our experienced team will ensure everything is accurate and up to date.

Step 3: Order confirmation

We keep you informed every step of the way

  • If you would like, we send a text message to notify you that your order has been dispatched. We can also do this via email or phone if you would prefer.

  • If there are any changes, such as product availability or prescription updates, we’ll contact you directly to keep you updated.

Step 4: Order picking

Once your prescription is confirmed, we carefully prepare your order at one of our 2 distribution sites, located in Birmingham and Coatbridge.

Step 5: Order customisation

Some orders require the customisation of our cutting service. 

  • Our precise cut-to-fit service ensures your products are tailored to your exact needs.

Step 6: Order checked and packed

Your order is checked to make sure everything is correct

All products are packed in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy

Step 7: Quick & discreet trackable delivery to location of choice

Your order is on its way!

  • You can choose you’re preferred delivery location – whether that’s home, work or to friends/families’ house.

  • With your consent, we can send you a link via text or email that allows you to track your own delivery!

Step 8: Ongoing support

We don’t stop at delivery. Medilink® is here for you, providing personalised support whenever you need it.
