I’m absolutely honoured to introduce The Salts Way Campaign. It’s a window into who we are, what we do and our mission to improve lives.
What is The Salts Way?
In a nutshell, it’s a feeling we all share at Salts Healthcare. It’s a way of working and a representation of our identity that both reflects where we’re going and respects our long and proud history.
The Salts Way has guided me throughout my time here, from starting out as a Junior Analyst to now overseeing the commercial activity of our business around the world.
It’s a trusted sense-checker that shapes the decisions we make on how we can best serve our community — and enjoy our time doing so. For those of you who interact with us on a regular basis or have been guests at some of our events, hopefully you too have a sense of what The Salts Way is and share our passion for authentic intentions.
As we move forward, The Salts Way continues to guide our mission to help improve the lives of people within the global stoma community.
Through listening to real life stories and identifying where we can help, caring through our network of Medilink ® Customer Care Centres and innovating life-changing solutions such as Confidence BE ®, we stay true to what we believe is the right thing to do.
