Warrior Charity Pageant: another huge success!

Salts Healthcare was delighted to sponsor this year’s Warrior charity pageant.  Run by Jessica Logan, who set up ‘Making the Invisible Visible’, the event celebrates those with invisible illnesses and disabilities.  The rainbow colours of the pageant represent the awareness ribbons for all of the invisible illnesses and disabilities that participants fight.  Just under 40 contestants took to the stage at this year’s event, which took place on Saturday 17th September.

This year’s event was even bigger than the first event, held last year, and has raised a fantastic total of £2750!  Jessica has 10 chosen charities, between which the total has been split equally.  The total raised across the two Warrior Pageants is now £4304: a really wonderful achievement.  Well done everyone involved!

Not one to sit still for too long, Jessica is already planning The Warrior Charity Pageant for 2023, which will take place on 18th November.  Jessica’s goal for next year is to raise £3000.  We wish her all the very best of luck!
