In February 2022, my life changed in a way I could never have imagined. It started with symptoms that gradually worsened over six weeks, bloody diarrhoea , constant urgency, exhaustion, weight loss, loss of appetite, nausea.
For many people living with a stoma, warm weather can bring a welcome sense of freedom — lighter clothing, more time outdoors, and a chance to enjoy the sunshine. But it also raises an important question: how should ostomy products be stored when temperatures rise?
