At Salts Healthcare, we are dedicated to continually improving the product range and services we offer, and we invest heavily in research and development. Your views are critical to our processes and help direct everything from our communication with people living with a stoma to product development.
Product evaluation
As part of our product development, we ask people living with a stoma to get involved by evaluating products. This helps us to introduce stoma solutions that make your life better. You don’t necessarily need to be using a Salts Healthcare product to take part in product evaluations, we want your invaluable feedback regardless of what product or service you use. You may have the opportunity to:
- Sample new or upgraded products
- Complete postal or online evaluation surveys
- Have an informal chat on the phone with a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Researcher
- Get involved in focus groups, both in person or online
Research projects
We also conduct research projects aimed at understanding the experiences of people living with a stoma or bowel and bladder conditions. All research is extremely valuable in helping to highlight and define future requirements for both product and service developments and innovation. The ultimate aim is to further improve the quality of life of those living with a stoma. These research projects could take a number of formats, including questionnaires, interviews or focus groups.
We are currently looking for people who live in the UK to take part in product evaluations and research projects, however if you wish to sign up and live outside of the UK, you may be contacted in the future if the evaluations or research are extended to international markets.
