Why Confidence BE® Urostomy Soft Convex?

Available in three different colours, the exciting new Confidence BE® Urostomy Soft Convex has a soft and flexible convex wafer with a urostomy hydrocolloid that resists fluid and erosion1. The sleek, low-profile bag design looks less like a medical device with an outlet that tucks away neatly for added discretion. The soft outlet and bung is comfortable without compromising ease of use and we’ve also added a flow control mechanism and detachable bung lanyard to improve control when draining. The Confidence BE® portfolio offers large wafers, mini bags and large bags.

Our sample packs include both the Confidence BE® Urostomy Soft Convex bag and Confidence BE® Night Drainage Bag, which work together as a complete solution for your urostomy needs. You can choose from either mixed colour packs (black, white and stone) or transparent/stone packs, giving you the opportunity to try the urostomy bag in all three colours. Please note that the mixed colour packs are NOT available on prescription they are for sampling purposes only. Initially you will be wearing a urostomy bag that is transparent or has a viewing window. This is so that your Stoma Care Nurses can check on the colour and size of your stoma easily.

 

Your Stoma Care Nurse will help you to choose a urostomy bag a few days after your surgery.
