Placing your order with Salts Medilink online couldn't be simpler

2. Follow the simple instructions to place your order.
3. Ask your GP for the prescription, sign the back and post it to us in the FREEPOST envelope provided.

To Post or Call us with your order...

1. Obtain your prescription from your GP.
2. Check that prescriptions for medicines are seperate from your appliance requirements.
3. Check that the details are correct and sign the back of your prescription.
4. Post the prescription to Salts Medilink in the FREEPOST envelope provided and include your template if the cutting service is required.

2. Let us know which products you would like to order.
3. Ask your GP for a prescription for items requested.
4. Check the prescription and sign the back.
5. Post the prescription to Salts Medilink in the FREEPOST envelope provided.
